Front of House Team Members/Baristas
At Lola’s Cafe, we all work as a team during service. This role includes both beverage preparation (crafting specialty coffee drinks, steaming milk, operating the espresso machine, latte art) and customer service (running beverages, clearing tables, operating the POS/cash register, being attentive to our guests). Our front-of-house baristas work as a team to clean and stock supplies as needed.
We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented folks who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and care deeply about hospitality. Food and beverage experience preferred. Barista experience a plus.
